Cost of treatment for Fanconi Anemia

• The cost of treatment for FA in the presence of a related matched donor (diagnostic and preparatory period, allogeneic related hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, 3 or more months of monitoring and supportive therapy in the post-transplantation period is 130,000 US dollars (see hematopoietic stem cell transplantation).
• In the absence of a related donor, an unrelated hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is performed. The cost of treatment (diagnostic and preparatory period, allogeneic related hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, 3 or more months of monitoring and supportive therapy in the post-transplantation period is 150,000 US dollars (see hematopoietic stem cell transplantation).

*The cost of treatment is not fixed and may change during treatment. The cost is determined by the length of hospitalizations, the scope of required examination, the medications used for the prevention and treatment of complications, and the patient’s body weight. In the event of a reduction in the cost of treatment, the Center guarantees a refund of the difference.
