PhD Application at the Center in 2025

From August 1 to September 30, documents are accepted for admission to postgraduate and doctoral studies at the Center.

Admission of persons for scientifically oriented education is carried out in accordance with the Education Code of the Republic of Belarus and in the manner determined by the Regulation on the training of highly qualified scientific workers in the Republic of Belarus, approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 01.12.2011 No. 561.

Admission of persons for postgraduate and doctoral studies at the Center is carried out at the expense of the republican budget, in accordance with the plan approved by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, as well as at the expense of extra-budgetary funds of individuals and (or) legal entities in 3 specialties:

01.14.12 – oncology (medical sciences, biological sciences)

03.14.09 – clinical immunology, allergology (medical sciences, biological sciences)

01.14.21 – hematology and blood transfusion (medical sciences, biological sciences)

Plan for admission to postgraduate and doctoral studies on a budgetary basis in 2025

Acceptance of documents: from August 1 to September 30

Entrance examinations: from October 1 to October 30

Admission is carried out on a competitive basis.

Postgraduate study

List of documents for applicants to postgraduate study:

1. Application addressed to the supervisor
2. Personnel record sheet
3. Autobiography
4. Copy of higher education diploma
5. Copy of diploma supplement
6. Copy of master’s degree diploma, if available
7. Copy of master’s degree supplement
8. Copy of internship certificate, for persons applying to postgraduate study for training in the group of specialties “Clinical Medicine”
9. Copy of work record book or other documents confirming work experience
10. Copy of certificate of passing candidate exams
11. Medical health certificate (form 1zdr/u-10)
12. List of published scientific works and their copies, in the absence of published works – an abstract on the chosen specialty
13. 2 Photos (size 4×6 cm or 3×4 cm)
14. Copy of passport or document replacing it (pages 30, 31, 32 and page with the place of registration)
15. Application of the organization-customer of personnel, if anailable

Persons who have not passed candidate exams and tests in general education disciplines are required to pass them before entering graduate school (with the exception of admission to graduate school in the form of a 5-year candidate program).

Doctoral studies

List of documents for applicants to doctoral studies:

1. Application addressed to the head
2. Personnel record sheet
3. Autobiography
4. Copy of the national diploma of candidate of sciences or a document of a foreign state equivalent to it in the manner prescribed by law on the award of an academic degree. Certified in the HR department at the place of main work
5. Copy of the work record book or other documents confirming work experience. Certified by the HR department at the place of main work
6. Application of the organization that ordered the HR, if necessary
7. List and copies of the main published scientific works on the profile of the proposed dissertation. It is prepared in accordance with bibliographic requirements, with the signature of the doctoral candidate, as well as copies of materials and (or) abstracts of reports at scientific, scientific and practical conferences, congresses, symposia and other similar events (attach only copies of articles on the topic of the doctoral dissertation included in the Liver of the Higher Attestation Commission)
8. Monographs, materials related to intellectual property, registered in the established manner, reports on completed research and development, acts (certificates) on the use of the results of scientific developments confirming the practical implementation of the results of scientific research, documents (reports) confirming participation in the implementation of state scientific research programs, scientific and technical programs and innovative projects in priority areas of scientific research or priority areas of scientific and technical activity (if any)
9. A plan for preparing a dissertation designed to complete the dissertation during the period of study in doctoral studies (3 years for full-time education, 5 years for the candidate form of study)
10. Reviews of two doctors of science (external reviewers), whose research areas are close to the topic dissertations containing an assessment of the relevance of the topic, the validity of the proposed dissertation preparation plan, and the possibility of preparing the dissertation during the period of study in doctoral studies. The signature must be certified by the HR department at the main place of work of the person who prepared the review.

Tuition fees for foreign citizens for full-time training are 6 000 US dollars per year, for part-time training – 4 500 US dollars per year.

The cost of reagents and accommodation are paid additionally.
