On the day of the provision of the paid service (at least 20 minutes before the appointed time) it is necessary:

  • Conclude an agreement for the provision of the paid service (Mon-Fri from 8.00 to 18-00) 2nd floor. The agreement for the provision of paid medical services is drawn up in 2 copies, the 1st copy – for the healthcare institution, the 2nd copy – for the citizen.

IMPORTANT! To conclude a agreement, please have your Passport with you

  • Make a payment in the paid services office (Mon-Fri from 8.00 to 18-00) 2nd floor in cash through the cash register or in non-cash form using bank payment cards using payment terminals.

Payment is made in accordance with the price list in effect at the time of service provision based on the concluded agreement.

To confirm acceptance of the specified amounts, the cashier is obliged to issue a check confirming payment for the service.

  • Receive the service by presenting the payment check to the medical worker.

To make an appointment:

  • for an appointment with specialists, you must have: a passport, an extract from the outpatient card, additional examinations, a mask, shoe covers.
  • for MRI, CT, X-ray with a contrast agent, you must have: a referral, a biochemical analysis.
  • liver elastography: ultrasound of the abdominal cavity, a biochemical analysis
